ONBOARDING

To move into group classes, all new and returning members are required to go through our personalised onboarding process.

Here’s how it works 👇

  • Meet up in the gym for a 1 hour consult. Includes a movement assessment.

    We'll help you work out your goals, and make sure we're the best fit for you.

  • We teach the skills of strength through onboarding sessions (1-on-1 PT style). 1 - 6 sessions is enough for most people to move into group classes.

  • Once you're confident on the gym floor, it's time to jump into group classes!

    We'll be with you every step of the way.
