How we train
Our programs
Our goal is to make people stronger, help them move better and improve their overall quality of life (not just make them sweaty and tired).
We schedule our programs up to a year in advance and encourage quality over quantity.
No randomised workouts here.
Each individual program has a 4 week long cycle, to ensure we get enough reps, sets and practice to make us strong for whatever challenges we may face off the gym floor.
Our onboarding system makes sure you can start any time of year, no matter your gym experience.
How we train
We train in small groups of 10 people or less using kettlebells, barbells and our own bodyweight.
Our focus is strength.
Our classes are more relaxed than your average HIIT class (no burpees or running here).
Smaller groups allows us provide an interactive training experience. We have time to get to know you, so you get the most out of your sessions.
Zero to Hero
Our unique approach to programming and coaching allows for our members to master a handful of exercises and techniques at a time.
Inch wide, mile deep.
You’ll learn new skills, while progressively getting stronger and more mobile.
By teaching strength as a skill, we can offer pathways for growth from beginner to advanced.
